The location is perfect, right by the harbor, offering breathtaking views of the sea and surrounding mountains. Waking up to such a stunning view was truly unforgettable. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The bed was soft and cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was well-equipped, with excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. The overall design of the room made it feel both stylish and welcoming. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of fresh options, including bread, smoked salmon, local specialties, and a great selection of drinks. Enjoying breakfast while overlooking the beautiful harbor was a highlight of my stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they were always ready to help with recommendations and any requests. Their warm hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had an amazing experience at Thon Hotel Svolvær. From the beautiful location to the excellent service, everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Svolvær!

Really spacious, full of old knick knacks, lamps, large windows, comfy seating and a really comfy bed. It’s just a 15 min walk from the airport, the supermarket is 2 mins away and some fabulous cafés and restaurants a 5 mins walk. The host, Age Mathisen is really sweet, warm and welcoming. And Andenes itself is lovely. We had an absolutely lovely, restful stay there.
