Everybody working at the hotel was taking super good care of us, everything was simple and well organized. They really want us to be happy, comfortable and feeling relaxed. They are also very helpful in any kind of situation. I really recommand!

When you come to Chitwan, your main purpose is to see the animals. Bishnu is the best for this purpose you can find in the area. He has been in the jungle since his very early years, he knows Chitwan better than I know my neighborhood. Plus he is an excellent manager and tries to do everything for you way and beyond. The food his wife is cooking is the best we ate in Nepal, since it's true home cooking. They are all very attentive to your needs. And we fulfilled the purpose: all kinds of deers, monkeys, birds, crocodile and the close encounter with the rhino! What we also liked is the location. It's the other part of Chitwan, far from the crowds and touts. The facilities are very simple, but it's expected. You have very comfortable beds with mosquito nets and hot water.

This one possibly the nicest overall experience we have ever had. We have travelled around the world and the level of service and attention to detail was amazing!! We felt so welcomed and the room and grounds were beautiful. The food was delicious, hats off to the chef!! Also being away from the primary entry to the park we had a great safari experience, even waking up to rhino across the river from our bungalow deck. Thank you so much for a beautiful stay!

Surrounded by greenery and situated across the Rapti River, Chitwan Village Resort is just 300 metres from Chitwan National Park’s jungle safari area. Manager was super nice. Family business. All staff extremely friendly & helpful. Upon arrival, the manager gave us many options for safaris. I did not compare or check other alternatives, so I was a bit apprehensive, but our choices from his safari offerings , with guides on his staff, turned out to be fantastic. Breakfast was ok for me, but next day requested fresh vegetables instead of pancake, and request was promptly fulfilled. So most highly recommended on all accounts.

Everything was amazing. Staff was amazing and responsive. The food was exceptional. The rooms were well kept and the sunset view was icing on the cake.

Super clean & super spacious rooms with beautiful garden view. Staffs were welcoming & helpful throughout. Would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful modern hotel in lodge style design, nice big rooms and always clean and tidy. The staff in areas of this hotel are extremely well trained and courteous. The restaurant staff are all fabulous and it would be unfair to mention any individual but can’t name them all, so a 5/5 for every single one of them. My wife used the spa for 2 treatments and she thought it was excellent with very lovely professional staff. We did two safari tours one by elephant and one by jeep., both were excellent and a special mention here for our guide Suki who was extremely knowledgeable and we were lucky to have him for both of excursions booked with the hotel. I recommend staying at the Soaltee West End to anyone who wants top level service and care from arrival to departure.

The hotel is a beautiful place with a garden, many trees. Located in the centre of Sauraha, on a very quiet, silent and safe place. Walk distance to the safari. A wild rhino gave us a suprise visit, it was amazing to see the wild rhino walking in the pathway of the hotel. Everything works well, hot water, free wifi, A/C, comfy bed. The staff helped us organize private tours and were super attentive when we were at the hotel.Walking a whole day and returning by car was the best experience. We saw 7 rhinos and many more animals. I will stay here again my next visit. Thank you
