You actually do get a breathtaking sunset view, sunrise unfortunately is blocked by a mountain on the east side. There was a space heater in every room, bathrooms were clean with really good hot water. The patio is great to sit in the evenings after watching the sunset. It's location is just at the bottom of the hill leading up to the main Jabal Shams area which is great as its not in the way of tourists coming and going.

With the value I paid it was an excellent experience. Staff were friendly enough and did not experience any issues. Corridors were noisy as families were staying in some rooms but the room itself was very quite even though it was facing the main road.
