Brand new hotel with amazing modern facilities. Lovely rooms and nice buffet breakfast. Pool deck area is beautiful for relaxation and has lovely views. Staff went out of their way to be of service, special call out to Faisal in reception and Saddiq in Concierge. Restaurant staff were very professional and efficient. Great modern restaurants within very short walk from hotel. Hope to return at stay at Voco again.

Starting from how Abdullah at the reception helped me all the way from Madina directing me from Whatspp and making sure that my accommodation was secured to the last day I was departing the hotel back home, all was a beautiful experience to the glory of ALLAH Azzawajal. In fact when I got to the Hotel, it was awesome service A to Z maa shaa ALLAH. I loved the free Shuttle to Haram and the quality and professional services rendered by everyone of the staff at Al Nood. The staff members exhibited exceptional customer service skills and treated me like family. I have recommended Al Nood to all my family and friends. I will love to come back there over and over again. What a lovely experience! I will give them 5 star any day any time.

I love the hotel it has so much cool features and it wasn’t that far from the haram. They served complimentary coffee and dates every morning and evening. I felt safe and royale. Big thanks to the staff they were awesome. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone.
