The location is very convenient; free parking available; the room is spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet; the staff is very nice; and the breakfast…oh how I will miss the breakfast!!

Newly opened in April 2009 after extensive renovations, this 4-star hotel, first opened in 1906, is only 200 metres from Lake Bled and in the immediate vicinity of the train station. the service was fantastic, their staff was super helpful and the breakfast was SO YUM

Surrounded by unspoiled nature, Hotel Bohinj is situated 100 metres from Bohinj Lake. It offers rooms with mountain view and few rooms on the top floor with lake view. Beautiful hotel overlooking lake bohinj. The architecture and decor is stunning and very alpine cozy. The rooms are simple but have everything you need. We had a nice walk out patio on the lower level which was great to bring in all of our luggage. The restaurant on site had a great breakfast buffet and dinner. Perfect stay if visiting the Bohinj area. Also has a bike and ski storage room. We left a day earlier than planned and they were gracious enough to refund us for the night we didn’t stay.

We loved every aspect of the property and mostly the amazing staff! Nina and Blaze made our trip extra special by being the most friendly and hospitable staff you could ever ask for…truly amazing people! The property is new as they just opened this past summer but you wouldn’t know that by how well it’s run. We absolutely loved having a sauna in our bathroom…used it many times!!

Perfect stay for a family or a group of friends. It was very clean and cosy, the view was spectacular! The kitchen had absolutely everything you need to prepare meals. The check in process and the communication was very easy. Triglav National Park entrance is very close, there were also a lot of hiking and walking routes nearby. There is also a supermarket that is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Parking space available in front of the house.
