The staff was very helpful and spoke English very well. The room was very clean, the bed really comfortable and there were proper curtains to block sunlight in the morning. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices and the quality and cleanliness was as it supposed to be for a 5 star hotel.

Whether you're here for skiing or just to soak in the winter wonderland, this resort has it all! A special mention goes to Stephan at the reception—he is truly one of the kindest and most helpful people we've ever met. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, assisting us with everything from check-in to local recommendations. He also His warm welcome and attentiveness made such a difference. The restaurant staff were equally fantastic. Umit Ozdic, our waiter, was incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. His friendly attitude made our dining experience even more enjoyable. And we can't forget Onder Kelßh, whose energy and enthusiasm brightened every meal! His cheerful service and positive vibe added an extra touch of warmth to our stay.
