We arrived late, before checking us in staff directed us to the restaurant for a late night meal at close to midnight. The food was outstanding everyday and they understand that sometimes children might miss a meal so there was alway food and drink pretty much all day and all of it superb. Pools and surrounding areas were kept clean and drinks and ice creams topped up promptly. Lobby and reception staff were always incredibly attentive, hugely service minded, I cannot fault them and will certainly plan to return.

Another big plus: we never had to wait in line for anything — everything from restaurants to bars to service was smooth and well-managed. There are just two small suggestions for improvement: 1. At the beach bar, the plastic cups warm up quickly under the sun — maybe insulated or reusable cups would help. 2. After swimming in the sea, there wasn’t a place to hang or leave towels while showering. And leave it after showering by sea. Despite these very minor issues, we had an incredible time. We would love to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, relaxing, and truly guest-focused all-inclusive experience.

We were absolutely amazed by the hotel, the services, the food and the people. The room was exactly what we needed with a small baby, spacious enough with all needed equipment, with comfortable bed and very clean. The food was very good, choice of drinks in all inclusive very wide. The all inclusive program overall is very good. But what most makes this hotel memorable is the staff, from the cleaning ladies to chefs, waiters and other people, to name a few like Suheda and Seda from bar or Birsen from the restaurant, all very professional, polite and always with a smile. I had always felt really welcomed there. We are definitely coming back and we are already looking for it.
