The breakfasts were unexpectedly fantastic--unique, delicious, varied. Fresh ingredients, exceptionally tasty. Worth coming back for! The location was perfect--a 5 minute walk to the center of town and the theaters, but quiet and off the beaten path. The grounds are lovely with many sweet places to sit and a small quiet swimming pool.

The hotel and grounds were absolutely fabulous. This was a highlight hotel from our road trip. We loved the ambience and the historic nature of the hotel. The little additions such as the snacks in the early evening and the lit firepit with smores, were a great touch. Our room was gorgeous, with steps up into the bed! We loved it and will definitely come back.

We were charmed with the hotel, from the warm reception when we arrived to the lovely self-service breakfast with homemade granola and yoghurt parfaits. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was very modern. The location in the center of the old town was perfect. We would return in a heartbeat.

I had forgotten to tell them I'm veggie and they pivoted in a second, even while accommodating another guest's gluten intolerance. Two course breakfast on the deck with fresh, local ingredients and delicious. They'll share their recipes! Room was warm and immaculately clean. Place felt just like I want a B&B to feel -- inviting and cozy.
