The staff were SO helpful, friendly and attentive, they went above and beyond and made our stay exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean, the rooms are quiet and the beds super comfortable. The breakfast was great and we also enjoyed the rooftop bar. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Hanoi- it's excellent!

The property is clean and central, the views from the room are stunning but the best thing was Felicia, the receptionist. Friendly and professional, she always replied promptly to any requests and gave us the best advice for where to eat and what to do in Hanoi. 10/10
