The hosts were incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even lending us their baby’s raincoat when it started to rain, ensuring our little one was dry and comfortable while traveling. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made all the difference. While the location is a bit outside the central area and there is no public transport connectivity, the peaceful surroundings more than made up for it. The hosts were always available to offer assistance. We felt very welcomed and cared for during our stay, and that level of hospitality is something we will always remember. Highly recommend this homestay if you're looking for a relaxing retreat with exceptional hosts!

Great stay! I checked in at 4AM after the Ninh Binh bus no problem. The dorm and the whole facility were sparkling clean. Rooms were quiet — I slept like a rock. The bathrooms were large! Hot hot shower. The pool and the atmosphere of the whole place was great. Location was a short walk from town. As a host, Du was communicative well before my stay, and he was super helpful for any questions I had. The whole family really cares about your stay and were so kind and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again!
