It’s a beautiful property, the space is very homely but the lake views make it quite a special feeling. You drive down this long driveway into the farm which is surreal, passing a small lake with wildlife, then entering this house which has a really social and accessible layout. It was so easy for us to mingle but also have the healthy space in between too! Don’t want to share any more spoilers just book it - it’s beautiful and super well equipped too!

There was great communication with the owners and they were extremely amenable, allowing us to check in early as we were going to a wedding. The room was great. The shower was enormous. The owner thoughtfully put the heater on in the evening for us. The room was very spacious and well equipped with tea and coffee making facilities. The bed was very comfy! There was a large wardrobe and lovely fluffy dressing gowns. There were also toiletries and a hairdryer available in the bathroom. We didn’t have breakfast as we decided to sleep in!

    Good detailed instructions from the owner and she was flexible with arrival times which was great. Had a fire one night which was lovely and lots of firewood available. Property had a rustic homey feel - like it was a well loved family holiday destination.

    Great facilities - ping pong, billiards table, gardens and menagerie - chicken, goats, llama and alpacas. Spacious rooms and all necessaries for a family holiday with children.

    The beds were comfortable. It was very clean and homey for us to stay. There are 3 🐔,4 🐐 and 3 🦙. Ping pang table, Karaoke 🎤 and 🎱 table. Kids are entertained all day long. At night, camp fire, hot chocolate n the stars…We will come back!

    We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was big and comfortable and had everything we needed. There was plenty to keep the kids entertained. Even if it was a cold or rainy day the kids could stay entertained with table tennis and pool table in the house and option to have a fire in the fireplace. The Wi-Fi worked well.
