The hotel is immaculately clean and has everything you need for a great stay. The room and bathroom are very spacious and tastefully decorated. We had patio doors which opened on to a patio that was so convenient for access to the pool area. The food in the bar was good and not too expensive. The wildlife was fascinating.

Very easy communication and guidance. Two of our family members arrived and checked in earlier , while we arrived close to midnight due to our late flight. Everything was easy. The place was very private, clean, fresh and beautiful. Bed was comfortable and shower excellent, with a space for two. Kitchen area was tiny, but good enaugh for one home made breakfast . And I personally LOVED the view to the sky and sun in the morning, from our bedroom. Roofs of the neighbours' houses looked like hills...

Breakfast was very good. Angus , the owner of the property, is a very nice person despite his eccentricity! He is just too concerned about cleanliness and water saving, the latter being a must in Perth. He has also a very friendly dog.

Beautiful homestay in a great location, close to all amenities with comfortable beds and the coffee maker was a bonus :) A great last minute find and even though this visit wasn't a holiday, it would be a great place to base yourself to access both the Swan Valley and Hillarys. Hosts were fabulous, quick to respond to any queries and we have already recommended to friends . Would definitely stay again but hopefully next time for a holiday.

Loved so much about the property from, location from town, breweries, wineries, airport, beach and lake to the onsite breakfast buffet. The pool was great the family spent alot of downtime hopping between spa and pool. Waking up first thing watching the kangaroos bounce around was so good. The staff were extremely accommodating when we asked for a fan or an hour later check out. Cant wait to stay there again.

Beautiful studio apartment, new refurbished and immaculately clean. First floor over looking golf course. Very peaceful only wish we could have stayed longer.

The one bedroom apartment we stayed in, was well laid out, and good sites, lovely balcony overlooking golf course, huge king, size bed, separate bathroom, and separate toilet, making a great place to stay for the week. Having a swimming pool available on site, althoughat least 100 m away, was great given the hot weather.
