The location is amazing and the staff and service was impeccable. Ski on and Ski off was so easy. For a small fee the hotel can bring you and/or your luggage from the cable car to the hotel by snow mobile which the kids really loved. Breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening at the hotel was just perfect. We can't wait to go back again. My little son said it was the best weekend package and skiing he has had.

I had a really good time there! I stayed 3 nights and all the staff (reception, housekeepers and waitress) were kind and polite, also helped me with everything I needed. The quality of the food served in the breakfast was very good. I went there 10 min before it finished on my first day because I confused the time, but the waitress was very helpful and didn't rush me, actually the opposite and asked me if I wanted anything else before she collected the food. The room was clean and organised. The location is also good, very close to the bus stop (around 5 min walking). I felt relaxed and comfortable and I definitely recommed this hotel especially because of the customer service. Thank you very much, I really appreciate it!

The accommodation was very charming, reminiscent of a swiss chalet. Breakfast was delightful. Staff was extremely attentive and kind. We are thankful for the upgrade offered without request. Location is exceptional, close enough to enjoy the city and far enough to experience the lake and country side. Readily accessible to main road.

We stayed at Niederbauen room, and has a stunning view of the mountain and lake. The room is very spacious and clean, there is a balcony, sofa, and a spa bath. The pillow was too soft for me, but they have a pillow & duvet menu (yes, you read it right - PILLOW AND DUVET Menu!!), so you can request which pillow you preferred. Staff is professional and friendly. The breakfast is pretty good. Highly recommend this accommodation!

We stayed at Boutique Hotel Schlussel for one night on our way to Italy. Conny gave us a very warm welcome and was a fabulous host throughout our stay. She kindly upgraded our room from which we had a lovely view of the lake (including from the bath!).The room was very comfortable. We had a first class dining experience - Gosia is an excellent chef! Breakfast was fabulous too with a lot to choose from and very fresh produce. It was a fabulous start to our trip thanks to the lovely hosts.

Great location right at the lake. Good parking facilities for cars. Nice restaurant with view at the lake. Both breakfast and dinner were good. We stayed one night here.

There is lot to like! I first place: location! Beautiful spot on lake Luzern, in a charming town, with incredible views: the lake side particularly but a room facing the mountain side will not disappoint either. Fantastic breakfast. Alone worth the stay. Nice common areas and lake terrasse. Rooms are not luxurious and quite dated but bed is comfortable. Plenty of parking spaces and electric charging station just in front of hotel. Price is high for foreigners but in line with local standards.
