Excellent communication prior to arrival informing me of directions to get there and info about the Interlaken guest card they provide us with. Excellent facilities (big, well-equiped kitchen, plenty of lockers for storage, delicious breakfast, toilet in bedroom). Staff were all friendly and had good knowledge on things to do in the area. They seemed to have good systems in place for check in. Good location situated between the East and West train stations. Highly recommend!

Me and my 2 dogs stayed in the Niesen cabin, it was cosy and has everything you need to spend a few days in the nature. The kitchen has an electric stove, a kettle, a coffee maker, a sink and a little fridge with a freezer drawer. Dish soap, dish brush, cloths and gargage bags were provided. I found the bed comfortable, the pillows were soft. Towels, hand soap, toilet paper and hair drier were provided too.

The location is just amazing, the fact that there is parking spot infront of the door. Also the connection to Interlaken or Thun is perfect located. Eva was the best host so far, being very respectful and communicative, this made our stay even better. Thank you for having us and we will be definitely coming back.

Excellent location, just outside of Interlaken. Easy to travel into Interlaken either by car or there is a bus stop right outside the apartment. Apartment was more than warm enough to stay in December. The host was very accommodating and provide all of the basics like towels/sanitary towels which is very helpful. All household items are available like cutlery and cups/glasses for you to use. Dishwasher and washing machine made our stay even better. All of the information we needed was provided prior to arrival, it was very easy to find and easy to get into the property. Would definitely stay again if we visit Interlaken. Highly recommend.

Very bad. The real condition of the room versus what was showing in the booking.com was totally different. Old amenities, setup and not suit for family stay.

Super clean, the staff were all super helpful, honestly the best accommodation I’ve ever stayed in, we were a family of 4, ample space. Small details which really made our experience great, ie: chocolate bar on the bed when you arrive, good water pressure, free coffee voucher, honestly highly recommended, finally the location is prime! Very close to all activities in beautiful Interlaken. Thank you for providing us which such a marvelous stay!

Beds were comfortable, good view, all the kitchen pots and cutlery etc provided Service was good - we wanted an upgrade and they respond the call even during holiday, however it took them three days to upgrade the room
