I have stayed in over 68 countries, and this place was the best I have ever stayed in. Gloria and Rafael's attention was incredible. They are very kind, always willing to help. The place is magical, with spectacular views of the vineyards. Also at night you see the space lucidly, as I had never seen it before. The room was comfortable, clean and modern, as was the bathroom. Also the breakfast prepared by Gloria was delicious. If I come back to the area, I will definitely stay at Casa Ollagua!

The staff was exceptionally friendly, consistently ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The atmosphere of the place exuded a tranquil vibe, making our brief visit immensely enjoyable.     If you want the real Valle del Elqui experience you have to stay here! The area is great to see the stars and you are next to a natural pool and a creek. Tents are super comfortable, and beds are warm! Please notice that it is a real tent so there is not too much heating inside, but there is a small heater that helps ;) Personnel is very helpful and they kept contact with us all the time via whatsapp.

    We loved everything and the beds and sheets were spotless and very comfortable. I was very appreciative when I lost my PDI emigration card, the lovely staff accepted my request to ask for a copy to be emailed to me several days later. They were very prompt and so kind as the next hotel I stayed in would have charged me local tax if I did not provide it. Thank you so much for a lovely stay

    The whole place is beautifully done and so peaceful. Max has put so much work into crafting the campsite and was so welcoming. The beds were very comfortable and the outdoor shower was a delight. We loved the peace and used it as a place to relax in a busy holiday. We went for the stars and were delighted with the clear skies.

    This hotel is spectacular - the staff are so friendly and attentive, the facilities are lovely and very clean. The rooms are spacious and are of a very nice design. The courtyard and common areas are so relaxing, and the restaurant is absolutely delicious!! The breakfasts in the morning are very generous and fresh too. Would highly recommend to stay here. We tried a couple of other restaurants in vicuna but by far this was the best! Great value for money.

    Beautiful, peaceful accommodation. Host was very friendly (even though we don’t speak much Spanish!) Bed was super comfy and the stars were amazing. Great if you want to stay in a quiet location and cook for yourself.
