Quiet residential location and house. 15 minutes relaxed walk across nice park to shops and cafes. Lovely spacious lounge overlooking park, large bedrooms, heating and water excellent, everything modern provided. Food shops nearby. Parking great but we didn’t use. Luxurious for us elderly couple.

The fully equipped kitchen allowed for convenient meal preparation, and the comfortable living area provided a perfect spot to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The complimentary Wi-Fi access was fast and reliable. What truly made our stay exceptional was the exceptional service provided by the staff.     For the first time in my booking career, I gave an accommodation a rating of 10. Everything was really excellent, the accommodation itself is fantastic and has everything you need, great location. We will definitely come back here if we have the chance, but for now this is the best place I have ever stayed.

    Unbeatable location just by Viljandi Järv (lake), quiet, peaceful, with a first floor terrace that has a view on the lake. Single beds are a bit small, but comfortable enough to sleep several nights. The room decor is charming, and the street is quiet, so you can expect an undisturbed night's rest. The breakfast is nice(there is something for vegetarians too), and the staff are friendly and helpful. All in all, a wonderful place to stay during your vacation.
