The thing I enjoyed the most is the warmth of the staff, they're so welcoming and polite, they make you feel that your satisfaction is their top priority. The food is awesome and tasty and there's a wide variety of items that change every day. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms are clean.

Sands was my first time on an all-inclusive resort! If you need to rest, not take care of anything and just enjoy the sun, this is the place! I have travelled solo and wasn't sure how I would feel as a lady solo traveller around this destination! Port Ghalib is a great choice as it is a tiny little city around a marina, mainly with tourism units. It is great if you looking for quiet holiday! (nothing like Sharm Al Sheik, thankfully!) All staff was amazing! My room attendant was very welcoming and helpful! The pool bar staff were amazing, every morning welcoming and making me feel at home! Thanks to Ali at the snorkelling pier, to Mohamed that helped me with my luggage and had a friendly smile always on, Barbara for making my Birthday special by arranging dinner and a lovely surprise cake with the staff singing me Happy Birthday! It was a fantastic stay!! I loved it and I will definitely come back! The buffet food was diverse and tasty! You won't get bored even if you stay 2 weeks! Besides, there are different restaurants you can choose from too! The facilities were always tidy! There are activities at different times (pool games, yoga, etc). The reef is unbelievably beautiful with lots of colourful fishes and if you are lucky, sometimes early morning you can see dolphins around! The hotel does a fabulous work protecting their reef so pay attention to the rules on the beach! I asked for a quiet room far from the swimming pool and I was given a great spacious room ground floor facing the beach! It was the most beautiful experience to wake up every morning, open the room sliding door, walk 500m and watch the sunrise! Something I was fearful of in an all-inclusive was that people would be loud and drunk, but no, all guests were polite, reserved and quiet! As a plus, my stay was during the school holidays time so there were not many kids around. I totally loved it, totally see the point of all-inclusive resorts now and will for sure come back to Port Ghalib!

The people there are very descent and the staff are humble and nice. The reception members were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and and the housekeeping staff was super.     Honestly, it was unforgettable stay! The service was outstanding from all staff (big thanks to Mr. Salah, Mr. Hany, Mr. Wahid, Mr. Moemen & all marina staff), the resort offering a wide variety of delicious foid options with staff always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms are decent and comfortable, giving you a bunch of relaxation vibes. You have everything you may need innur vacation at one place. Finally, it was a memorable experience, craving to come again and we highly recommend this resort.

    We stayed at this hotel only for 2 nights before leaving after 10 days of backpacking in Egypt. The hotel completely met our expectations, the room was gorgeous, the beds extremely comfortable, everything perfectly clean and tidy. I loved bathrobes and slippers. We didn't miss anything during the all inclusive, the food was delicious. The whole hotel complex is very nice and I can fully recommend it, even if we are not into this kind of holiday and I cannot emagine it in full season.

    everything was amazing! we came to this hotel for a family vacation. We would like to thank Mr. Hossam for his special kindness and care throughout our stay and for his extraordinary attention to every detail of our stay! thank you very much!!! We also send greetings and thanks to Mr. Aly who kept our room clean every day, cheered us up in the mornings and created amazing figures out of towels;) we will be happy to visit you again!!!

    Very nice aparthotel for those who want to stay independent and stay away from all inclusive vibe during their holidays. Well placed in the marina of Port Ghalib in a limited access zone, with very nice pool for all the guests to use. Large, well equipped apartment with all you need for your stay. It has this early 2000's design and feeling, but is very nice and comfortable. If you come with a car, free parking is available. Strongly recommend. Will stay there again if next time in the area.

    The hotel is a superior and sustainable stay that you would like to have during your vacation. the stuff is very decent and helpful, they are always welcoming to support and offer their service whenever you want. The pool and lagoon is different and so clean. I fully recommend to stay there.
