The apartment is super nice, very well furnished, right in the centre. Kitchen was very well equipped with some refreshments ready for us when we came. The owner is really helpful, easy to reach and communicate. He gave me a lot of tips for restaurants and things to do around. The building has a parking garage reachable by elevator, payed only by cash.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spotless cleanliness that greeted us. The flat was well-equipped and made our holiday comfortable and convenient. Amazingly helpful and kind staff who made the stay very special and comfortable, and gave lots of advice on things to see in the area. The hotel is beautiful and stylish, and the room was incredibly cosy and comfortable with its own jacuzzi bathtub and views of the hills behind the hotel. The hotel restaurant with views over Bermeo and the sea served the most delicious food we ate throughout our whole holiday.

Everything. The owner was on hand, kind, helpful, welcoming! The property is steps away from the harbour, shops, cafes, supermarkets. The apartment was lovely inside, the kitchen was amply stocked with cooking utensils and crockery and there was even things like coffee, sugar, tea on hand, and milk in the fridge! We were given a gift of chocolates and snacks, shown how everything worked, supplied with lots of ideas on what to see. We enjoyed the town and the beautiful Urdaibai reserve and surroundings. Eskerrik asko!!!

Beautiful accommodation with a breathtaking view of the town and the sea. We thoroughly enjoyed having breakfast and dinner on the terrace. The surroundings are picturesque. Bermeo is a great base for taking various trips around the area, especially in the stunning Urdaibai region. Cristina is a wonderful person — always in a good mood and very helpful. We’ll definitely come back someday.
