We wanted a night with a little more comfort, so we booked Antsotegi, and what a result that was! Great rooms and delicious food in a fantastic environment, but what really made it was the staff!!! Passionate and knowledgeable about their basque region, they introduced us to local wines and foods, made just a stones throw away. It has a captive market of pilgrims travelling the Camino del Norte as there is a shortage of accommodation which is not Refugio or albergue in the region. We have stayed before and enjoyed it. The owner is very welcoming and into locally sourced produce and sustainability. The food is also very good with mainly homemade cuisine.Guest review byBernieYoung couple
