+ Great house on calm place, privacy assured + Place looks nice from the pictures, but in reality it's even better (garden is bigger than it looks and interior of upper apartment is nicer than it looks) + Nice host who gave us 2 hours tour around the property (included interesting information about nature and history) + Free access to fresh oranges and lemons from the garden (we were there in spring when is harvest season for oranges and lemons) + Communication with host, who gave us good guide what to visit in the area

Very good hotel with excellent facilities. Nice and clean big rooms, we had poolview. The large and well kept pool area is really attractive with grass fields and trees that provide shadow and freshness in the heat. Pool bar where you can also eat at noon. Breakfast very good. For dinner there is the sky restaurant on the top floor with large terrace! The buffet is excellent and is completely different each day with a amazing broad choice of dishes (26 euro per person). The staff from the poolbar and restaurant is so friendly! Spa and welness and fitness. Pool on the roof terrace. Nice supermarket at 100 m from the hotel.

The beautiful row house comes with everything you would need, incl. a fully equipped kitchen with coffee makers (and coffee to get you started), a garden area with your own barbecue grill, a washer and dryer for your laundry needs, and even a hot tub. The beds were large and comfortable and the house has heating/air-conditioning. And being set on a golf course, you are surrounded by greenery. There is also a pool and wellness area - the pool was under refurbishment though and couldn't be used during our stay.

The location was perfect. I came here to ride a bike and I tried to avoid the traffic in the city so I chose this area. Turns out it was a great idea. I found so many cycling paths to the south of an island, inland, other cities and Palma also. I can't complain. Around the hotel are many local shops, barbershops, mercadonas and if you need bigger shop, Lidl is like 10 minutes by walk. Great restaurants and caffeterias down on the main street like 5 minutes by walk. Bus stop to the centre of Palma is like 5 minutes by walk also. It was quite quiet location, I felt fine and safe in this neighborhood. In your room you can find a fridge, stove, pots, pans and everything what you need when you want to cook for yourself or have a breakfast in the balcony. My bed and bathroom was clean every day so yeah, they treat me well :) I will come back again gratefully when I will be in Palma someday.
