Rooms, drinks and food all good with an excellent choice for breakfast and, for this type of hotel, reasonably priced. Restaurant and bar staff excellent. The surrounding area with its lakes and small villages is very picturesque. I had a couple of really enjoyable bike rides in the immediate area with segregated bike paths and quiet roads round the lakes. Troyes (very old & beautiful town) only 20 minutes away. The staff is courteous and helpful, the room clean and of a decent size, with a bathtub in the bathroom (always nice!). Extremely quiet location, deep in the forest the area was silent. Being the summer holidays there were a number of young families staying , the atmosphere was relaxed and it was not particularly noisy. The beds are super comfy and air conditioning was effective. The hotel is very easy to access off the motorway but you feel very peaceful and rural when you get there. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the room was large and really comfortable. We enjoyed our evening meal and the waiting staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice and really nicely done.
