Very modern and clean, Melanie (and her cousin Yakub) were phenomenal, assisting above an beyond with advice for dining and travel and sights. Could not recommend this place highly enough. It has its own parking spot, a supermarket underneath and is right next to the metro station so getting into town was 15 minutes.

We stayed here four days. A very nice apartment, well equipped, modern, bright and clean. It was highly secured and felt safe for my family as you need to use 2 codes (1 code for the lift) to get to the apartement. One more code for the elevator to get to the parking from your apartment, which makes it very safe and secure also for your car. The communication with the owners was smooth and easy. I did not meet them in person instead via phone-calls, SMS and whatsApp and they were always availble whenever we had a question. The block location is nice, located in a quiet neighborhood and close to all amenities. The closest Tram and bus stations Beauvissage-Pressensé is only 5 min from the appartement. Trams comes almost every 6 min. FYI/side info: fastest way to get directly to Lyon downtown is Tram number 4 (T4) from Beauvisage CISL station (10 min) direction Hôpitaux EST-Pinel.

    The place was perfectly clean and quiet. Excellent quality bed, good shpwer, well-equipped kitchen which helped us a lot. The staff, Lamine and Salima, were exceptionally went above the standard to help us when our car broke down after check out. They even went to the nearby garage to bring a merchanic to fix the problem and stayed wirh us to make sure we are ok until we left. Truly a hero! Thank you very very much! I would highly recommend this hotel. They look after you!

    Our stay was great! The room is clean, quiet. There is a small kitchen here, you can cook your own meals. Shops, pizzeria, Asian restaurant, public transport nearby. All rooms are easily accessible for people with reduced mobility. There are no steps in the shower either. It was important to us because my son had injured his knee. And how great the staff were! They helped us and we could feel like at home. Thank you guys i will never forget it!

    Close to trams, metro and buses but also close to Carrefour. Great location if you want to stay outside of the city centre. Rather small kitchen but it had the basics we needed. Washing machines and tumble driers available. Will come back here if we get the opportunity.

    Member of staff on reception was excellent. Helped us plan our trip to the Stadium for the rugby. He could not have been more helpful! Thanks. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was quiet. Not a place to go on holiday but excellent if attending a local event. Several restaurants next door for food.
