Fantastic and very peaceful location. The facilities were amazing like the hot tub and everything inside the pod itself. Big, comfortable bed and Bluetooth speakers to play your music in the pod! The hosts Mark and Marta pulled out all the special touches. They accommodated a late check out and after informing them my partner is dairy free, they thought of everything and added some vegan cheese and yoghurts and alternative milk which we really appreciated. The breakfast hamper and fridge was stocked with lots of snacks and drinks, couldn’t have asked for more!

Staff had the hot tub warm for us coming and we left for an hour and came back to the candles and nice lights on in the gazebo. They were easy to reach if we needed something. It was really clean and the bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub bath and liked that there were lots of instructions around the pod for everything we may use. The extra touches were nice like deodarant, toothpaste and coffee pods etc!

Ideal location with both Ben Lomond and Loch Lomond in view from the accommodation. Right on the Trossachs National Park with more bens and lochs on the doorstop which made for a great outdoor experience. Stunning views! Really liked that the accommodation was on a working farm. Enjoyed watching the sheep shearing! Thanks to Sue and Duncan :) The cottage was quaint and the bedrooms were lovely. Shopping at Conic Craft in Drymen, a short drive away, concluded our stay very nicely. We purchased some beautifully crafted gifts there :)

A lovely stay, Jason and his team were very welcoming and the accommodation was perfect. The Kestrel apartment was perfect for my partner and I to escape to for a few nights and the hot tub was the perfect way to end the end the days after some short hikes up and down Loch Lomond.

Exceptional stay. Beautifull accommodation. Awesome breakfast every morning. The staff was the best ! All about making sure we were satisfied. Sorry but that goes a LONG way in this day and age. US needs to send ALL their hospitality folks here for training {NOT KIDDING!!}

Special accommodation, small hut but beautifully designed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Important to note that parking next to the huts is not allowed so luggage has to be carried over a small distance.

My husband and I had a brilliant stay at Birchwood Guest Lodge as part of our honeymoon hiking trip on the West Highland Way. We were greeted by Thorsten, who was really friendly and provided lots of information on the accommodation and local area. The room was small but comfortable and very cosy. Great value for money and we would love to stay again.

Excellent accommodation in a great location. we were welcomed by the owner, who was very welcoming and who has designed much of the furniture in the rooms himself. The rooms have folding beds that can be used as settees during the day. The rooms were immaculately clean (and I’m picky) and had everything needed for the stay. The communal kitchen was well-stocked and again, very clean. A great place.
