Beautiful tastefully decorated house, located in the heart of Ilfracombe on a very quiet street. Spacious, very clean room, large bathroom. Very tasty breakfast :) The owners are an absolute delight: friendly, charming, professional and helpful. We felt like we've been known them for years. A real home from home experience. The Varley House is a little outside of town in a quiet neighborhood. Rod is an attentive host and has an outstanding service from the arrival to special requests, as I wanted to send extra luggage home. The shower was grand, the room is spotless and inviting. I'd definitely stay there again and can warmly recommend.

    Sharon and Daryl were lovely and happy to provide any advice we needed - from UEFA cup viewing locations to local walks. The breakfast was delicious - possibly the best we have ever come across in a holiday accommodation. Everything absolutely fresh and prepared to perfection - and we tried the range from kippers to porridge with berries.

    Facilities were great for a family holiday. Use of the pool, soft play and plenty of places for the younger kids to play whilst the adults could have a nice meal and a drink. Accommodation is plentiful and our apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable base camp.Tescos is also a 2 minute walk. Great for stocking up on your apartment snacks!!

    Only thing wring with my time here was that I didn't stay long enough. My stay was out of the holiday season so it was super quiet so I was able to totally relax. Great value for money for a 4 night stay. Accommodation was lovely, clean and the bed was very comfy. Dogs loved it to. Idea spot to explore Ilfracombe and surrounding areas with some great beaches for the dogs to have a good run around out of season. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
