These guys are nailing the perfect service that there’s no way you’d get in so many other places. The proprietors and every one of their amazing team, are friendly, polite and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The breakfast was bang on. Garden space for nice evenings. A lovely little daytime bar. Parking spaces. On the front. Don’t let folks saying about noise put you off, seagulls are present, yes, as they are in all seaside towns, I think in any hotel you’d hear them around! We didn’t have any problem with noise, in fact I couldn’t believe how quiet it was after 10:30pm, and we stayed a three night weekend. Absolutely loved it. Keep doing what you’re doing, you work long days, and go the extra mile for people. We had an amazing weekend, and can’t thank you all enough. Claire and Jo.

It was a really great stay with lots of little details. In the morning you get a picnic basket with your breakfast in it and there is always plenty to eat (yoghurt, croissants, cheese, eggs etc.) We had a great attic room and felt at home. The hosts (including the daughter) are really great people and we felt very comfortable. Many thanks for everything and take good care of yourselves. PS: "the Seagull :-)"

A comfortable, self contained apartment located in a great location for all of Paignton's attractions. The apartment was thoughtfully furnished with a wide variety of amenities for any family. The beds were also very comfortable. We would definitely look to book here again if we come back. 100% recommend.

All the staff were really friendly/the rooms were really clean and the bed was so comfortable/the breakfast was delicious so much choice. Very clean and modern look inside. Loved how close it was to everything. A lovely seating area outside aswell. We have stayed in lots of different accommodations each year as we come to paignton every year for our wedding anniversary and this is the best place we have stayed and we look forward to booking to stay again.

Loved the personal touch of the meet & great and tour of the apartment when we arrived, plus the delicious complimentary homemade truffles that were awaiting us! The apartment was exceptionally clean throughout and well equipped with everything that we needed for a weeks stay. Very comfortable accomodation with wonderful sea views and free private parking. Run by a lovely family; very approachable, friendly and helpful, that live on-site. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday, thank you James, Anna and Mum :-)

Wonderful holiday accommodation just 10 minutes walk to the seafront, shops and cafes. Everything is spotlessly clean with great attention to detail. Having use of your own private, covered outdoor space set in a pretty garden was a real bonus! Seaside Homestay is a credit to host Andrea, who has created a beautiful holiday space that we would highly recommend!

Beautiful holiday accommodation with fabulous, private outside space. Only needed a one night stay, but wish it had been for longer in order to enjoy the garden area. Everything one could possibly need had been thought of and provided, and Andrea was a wonderful host with excellent communication throughout. The accommodation was spotless and beautifully decorated. It was extremely homely and well thought out. The complimentary breakfast was much appreciated and well presented. Very nice traditional pub right across the street.

The best and quietest location in Paignton! At the beach front, and town centre, all restaurants and shops, cinema, train and buses are within minutes of walk away. It also keeps you away from noisy pubs. Great value beach holiday accommodation! The apartment is squeaky clean, spacious and has all the essential cookware and tableware. We had a very relaxing, best ever stay in Paignton! We’re going back to this apartment for our second time stay, this tells everything, doesn’t it?
