The building is stunning, and the additional accommodation fits in perfectly. A very well stocked bar. The moment we arrived, we were given a warm greeting and made to feel welcome. The room was exceptional, very tastefully decorated, and well supplied. The evening meal and breakfast were both tasty and plentiful , very well cooked and presented perfectly. The hotel has a lot of history and is proud of it, rightfully so. The village itself is very picturesque.

We loved everything about this property. It was immaculately clean and modern. The kitchen had loads of cupboard space which was perfect for us as we take a lot of food and cooking equipment with us. The garden and views were amazing and we loved watching the deer when it came into the garden. There were NO notices or instructions attached to walls telling us what we could or couldn't do which made us feel very welcome, especially as we travel with our dog. In 12 years of staying in holiday cottages, this is the first time we've found a holiday home that was perfect in every way.

It was well located with good views. Very clean and well maintained. Warm and cosy. Well stocked with everything we needed. Tastefully furnished without too many items at child level. Spacious parking and access to electric charging. We travelled with three small children and the owners were very accommodating with high chairs and cots. Stair gates and doors at critical points made keeping the children safe easier.

    Beautiful accommodation, really lovely quiet location and typical Cotswolds style. So cosy inside and room was perfect. Comfy bed, great shower. Tasty breakfast. Nice pub style downstairs and games available to play which was nice for a chilled evening. Lots of parking on site, large outdoor area when it was warm and sunny. Reasonably priced. Staff very helpful and friendly, would definitely stay again.

    While this accomodation was nothing amazing we still found it very good for our needs. It was simple and served a purpose for us as we stayed for one night and it was a perfect stopping off point during our journey. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms, were very good. Clean and tidy and comfortable. We ate in the restaurant which served a mix of Nepal and Indian food and was excellent.

    A dining pub with annex accommodation in a good location. Large car park. An overnight stay on the edge of the Cotswolds on our way home. Our bedroom was on the first floor. Farm house style, well appointed, clean and comfortable. The restaurant is popular with non-residents as the dinner and cooked breakfast were excellent. Friendly pleasant staff.
