We had an unforgettable stay, feeling like we had our very own personal winery! As the only visitors, we enjoyed exclusive access to the entire mansion, with the charming host, Tamari, appearing just at the right moments to assist us without disrupting our sense of being the "winery owners." As "owners," we experienced the most contemporary winery in Georgia, equipped with the latest technology that's even difficult to import. The 360-degree vineyards surrounding the property added to the charm. Although they don't serve dinners, the spacious dream kitchen was perfect for cooking our own meals. We received a special personal bonus from the owner, which we won't detail here to avoid setting future expectations. It was an unexpected gesture that made our experience even more extraordinary. Sometimes, it's the surprises that money can't buy that make a stay truly memorable. We were fortunate to experience this during our visit. Thank you, Tamari and Zurab!

Words can bearly do justice to this gem! We spent 3 sunny days as a family of 4 loving the golden colours of the autumn leaves surrounding the hotel in its idyllic location at the end of the lake with extraordinary 270 degrees of breathtaking views. Large comfortable rooms and spacious balconies were well thought out with excellent facilities (fridge, Nespresso machine etc..) The spa complex was functional but well equipped with a super steam room, sauna and plunge pool. An infinity pool on the roof overlooking the lake was not heated, but an invigorating dip added to the feeling of wellbeing . We also enjoyed a superb hour long massages. And the food… oh my goodness. The breakfast buffet was a work of art almost too good to eat, but it didn’t stop us! Delicious homemade yoghurt and muesli, wonderful mushrooms cooked in tarragon… and the best eggs Benedict I have ever tasted, with a perfect freshly made hollendaise. Dinner was a learning experience of tasty and freshly cooked Georgian dishes- all exceptional. After all that food were grateful of the free bikes and pedalo! All the staff, without exception, were charming and helpful We can hardly bring ourselves to leave and will be back. One note- at the time of writing (October 2023) a new building is being constructed adjacent to the current hotel. It’s testimony to the wonder of the place that the construction noise didn’t detract too much, but if you are planning a visit soon, it’s worth being aware.

I’d like to say that it was one of the best hotel experiences ever, and I had a lot of hotel stays , the staff was so kind and generous , they touched my heart, the whole place is extremely stylish, every detail is highly considered , the hotel is clean and comfortable. They have ping pong table, pool table, and swimming pool. Food in the restaurant is great as well as food for breakfast I would defiantly come back Thank you !!

The best true Kartvelian experience in the region. Jemali, Qetino and their son Giorgi are the best hosts who will make you feel right at home. Cottages are very new, greatly equipped and just beautiful. The views of the area are stunning and the yard is very cosy, you can lay in the hammock or relax on the swings. You are right in the middle of a vineyard and watermelon fields, with mountain views all around. Do not miss the tasty and plentiful traditional Kartvelian dinner, wine tasting and the making of churchkela. Worth a stay at least for a couple of nights! Definitely a highlight of our trip in Sakartvelo. Thank you!

Everything was amazing, clean , friendly, breakfast amazing. The stuff they were really so helpful and nice . Sure when I back to this area my properties hotel will be ❤️❤️ , and thanks for the Georgi in the kitchen was good boy , and lady maia at the reception she was so nice . We loved absolutely everything about the property. As we were visiting a couple of landmarks around, including a vineyard with a famous wine cave the location seemed appropriate. I must say we did not expect to have such a great stay at this place given it is a “wooden cabin”. It was super comfortable and relatively spacious. In addition to host was super kind and very attentive. We’ve had the best sleep there :) thank you dear for the superb experience.

Lika and her family are so lovely and welcoming! The wine tasting and dinner after was very nice. We would highly recommend to stay at Chubini.

Chubini winery is lovely, cozy and well spirited accomdation. i just loved my stay here :) Cabbins are very nice, clean and suitable for many different kind of visitors. Good bed and nice bathroom. You must take part in tasting and dinner, wine, stories and food are amazing! Lika is such a wonderful host! She takes good care of everything and helps you with everything you need to know or do in the area. So if you are in the area - stay at Chubini! You wont regret!

I was with my friend and it was our first time in this place.It was great, food was delicious , owners were very kind and helped with everything.I truly recommend this place to everyone, everything was great, only one thing was bad that we could not stayed longer.Thank you very much for our great stay.

Everything was amazing, clean , friendly, breakfast amazing. The stuff they were really so helpful and nice . Sure when I back to this area my properties hotel will be ❤️❤️ , and thanks for the Georgi in the kitchen was good boy , and lady maia at the reception she was so nice . The owner of the hotel also so welcoming person and so friendly. Really deserves to stay at this hotel

Location, calmness friendly host family. We wanted to stay a couple of nights in the wine region, and we could not have choosen a better place. The cabins are really modern and clean. The location within the vineyards is amazing and really calm, perfect for some relaxing time. The host family was superb, really attentive and friendly at all times. We definetly recommend their special dinner and also their wine tasting. If we travel back to Georgia, we will definitely repeat this accommodation!
