The hotel was very nicely decorated had a lovely elegance about it. The moment I walked in I felt very welcomed by the lady at reception desk called Menia, she was extremely helpful and polite.The lobby areas and dining was very impressive and felt very spacious. My room was very clean and smelt like new, everything was perfect, the balcony was a good size and had amazing views of the town below and side of the mountain. Beds and pillows where comfortable and smelt really nice. I wanted an iron and ironing board, reception staff came within 2 mins and the maid offered to help with the ironing! The breakfast selection was great, had everything you can imagine but what was great was the homemade spanakopita, tiropita and bougatsa, made by Nana who was extremely helpful and polite. Overall I was impressed with my stay at Emerald Suites and would definitely stay again.

The apartment is ideally located near the river and just steps away from the pedestrian street, where you'll find plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and various stores. The neighbourhood is quiet, and the apartment itself is cozy yet spacious enough for three guests. It comes equipped with a fridge, an electric stove, and a selection of thoughtful essentials like cookies, a variety of coffee sticks, tea, and more. There is also a spacious veranda, where you can relax, which is a bonus. While there’s no private parking, street parking is available in the area — we had no trouble finding a spot right outside the building. The owners are extremely friendly and always happy to help. They even offered us a homemade drink as a gift, which was absolutely delicious.

The location of the property was few minutes from the center of Florina, perfect for walks within the town - but still very quiet. It was very well equipped and very clean. The beds are extra comfortable. Many thanks for the hospitality.

Really nice place to stay. Clean, has most of what you need and the host Eleni was great. She left us a little welcome assortment of Greek treats that were awesome. Everything was close by and a supermarket next door. All in all, I highly recommend this place for both short and longer stays. Thank you Eleni.

    We stayed here in the recommendation of a friend and were not disappointed. Wonderful location away from the centre of town. Nice and quiet. Staff were extremely helpful. Room was large and breakfast was plentiful. In fact we returned twice more during our stay in Greece to use the resort as a base. Great views of the mountains.     A great choice for Florina. It is located in the centre of the city and all the amenities are around the hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and polite. The room was very big and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and big. They provide shampoo,towels and everything you need. If you want to visit Florina is the best choice for staying.

    Absolute amazing accommodation. Great value for money. Breakfast is free and ABSOLUTELY AMAZING as it is being renewed daily. The personnel at the front desk are helpful with depth info of the overall area. Great views overall.
