Our stay was way better than we expected! The place is so beautiful with lots of shade and nice areas to relax. Our dog loved running around freely and was super happy. The beach was much prettier than the photos. We also picked fresh veggies from the garden, which was a lovely touch. It honestly felt like a little oasis where you could just relax for days without needing to go anywhere. There’s a market nearby for quick shopping, just a short walk away. We stayed in the small apartment, which still had everything we needed, and we felt great there. We’ll definitely come back and choose a bigger room next time. Thank you so much (Kiko too ☺️)!

We had a perfect stay! The rooms were absolutely beautiful – modern, new, and spotlessly clean. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully designed, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. The young woman at the reception was truly lovely – very kind and extremely helpful with everything we needed. Her warm welcome and assistance throughout our stay made a big difference. The whole experience was fantastic. Costas, the owner, was very kind and helpful. He made us feel at home. He cooked, answered, advised, and was always there to welcome us when we came back from our daily travels. He seems to really enjoy having guests and assiting them. The cleanliness was top-notch. Every day the room was cleaned and was spotless. The breakfast was very good, we had a great bouffe. 90% of the veggies and fruits are grown by Costas, the cake is made by his wife, and they also make very good jams (I specifically recommend the kiwi). The bouffe was mostly the same every time, but the hot course changed every morning. The hot course is cooked when you come to breakfast, and all of them were delicious. One time Costas cooked an omelet with ham, another time he cooked scrambled eggs with bacon, etc. The room was spacious and welcoming. We had a big balcony with a pretty view of the yard and of the beautiful mountains of Pelion. The double bed was comfortable and big. There was private parking by the hotel, yet it is not marked. Costas will tell you where he wants you to park and it is in a very convenient location. The location was fantastic for us, yet it depends on your aims of traveling Pelion. We could drive to the beaches of Kala Nera, Koropi, and Kato Gatzea in around 3 minutes. Getting to Kala Nera beach would take some time by foot we didn't think there is a reason not driving there, as it took 2 minutes and finding parking was easy. Also there are better beaches in other villages, in less then 5 minute driving distance. Also this location is convenient for traveling to east, south, and north Pelion. In general, the hotel is pretty, has a beautiful yard with crops, and has a pastoral view. It felt authentic, the attitude was super welcoming, and the whole property was pretty and green. I really recommend this hotel if you don't care about driving few minutes for good close beaches.

Perfectly clean! Well equipped studio with all the amenities you’ll need, comfortable bed and nice furnished balcony for evening relaxation. The bathroom is on a small side, but serves the purpose. Common area for hanging out with friends and barbecue in the back yard. Plenty of space for parking in shade in the front of the house. Quick access to the beach on foot through the small neighborhood streets. Perfect place for relaxing vacation. Definitely would recommend.

Apartment is very tastefully arranged and fully equipped with everything you might need to spend a splendid vacation. It's in a very good location with the beach a short walk away. Highlight of this property must be wonderfully maintained grass lawn that our baby loved spending time crawling and making its first steps.

The hosts were really nice and tried to help us in anyway they could when we encountered an issue. The location was very close to many villages, especially to Kala Nera. The outside garden was pretty and well organized. One unit (out of the 3) was pleasant to stay in.
