Brand new house with a parking lot in the shadow a need for how crowded it is in summer, just 2 minutes walking from the beach and the city center, a favorite for our family we had an amazing time in such a lovely city. Our stay at Toska Residence was absolutely perfect! Everything is brand new, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need – from a fully stocked kitchen with all the little extras that travelers usually don’t bring, to air conditioning in every room, and super comfortable mattresses with a great choice of pillows. Evangelos is truly the best host we’ve ever met. He gave us excellent tips on which beaches to visit and what to see in the area, and his wife treated us to the most delicious homemade baklava - such a warm and memorable gesture! The location is ideal: away from the noisy, crowded center, so we could sleep peacefully at night, and at the same time there was no problem with parking the rental car, which was a huge advantage for us. There are so many positives here that it’s hard to list them all. Toska Residence is the perfect place for a relaxing and comfortable stay, and we would love to return again!

This is a very nice place to spend your vacation. Everything was really exceptional - the property was very clean, comfortable, equipped with everything you might need - clean towels, kitchen supplies (even tin foil, garbage bags etc.) toiletries, coffee, tea etc. The host was very thoughtful and kept in contact with us during our 10 days stay. Jacuzzi was a very nice bonus, but even without it the property would still be exceptional and the host would still be amazing. Parking space is available on the property.

The location of the house is excellent. A very good choice for family holidays. Relax with great sea views nearby the pool. Make sure to enjoy the very well designed outdoor area. Try to have with you whatever is required for making your stay comfortable. The distance from Loutraki is about 25 minutes, driving. There is a super market at Perachora that you can use. Perachora is about 10 minutes driving from the Villa. A big thank you to the property manager, Dejan who was very helpful and friendly. For sure we will visit again.

The name of the place is really accurate :) This is very nice place in very quite location, there is positive energy and you can relax on the terrase and on the area around the house. The host is very nice and his dog is so kind and friendly. We recommend the accomodation to the people who are looking for quite place to relax. :) Stay in this accomodation is like relaxation therapy. Thanks a lot

A fantastic place to stay right near the sea just 90 minutes from Athens by car. We stayed here for three nights at the end of our summer holidays in Greece and went directly to the airport from here. Great view from the terrace, well equipped, comfortable beds, we hope to come again to this place. Nice small pool to refresh after a day of sightseeing. The next beach is about 10 minutes by car.
