We loved the place. The suite is charming, very cosy, fully renovated and clean. The owner is very reactive and helpful. The village is also vers nice and quiet (it is better to avoid sleeping in Fira or Oia). We can only recommend this place!

I can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel. The view from all the rooms is spectacular: an absolutely top-notch Santorini sunset view without the large tourist crowds. An excellent breakfast served to our private balcony with this view was a real highlight of every day. We also liked the peaceful location of the hotel a lot. It's about a 1.0 km walk from a small town center with many excellent tavernas, but still far enough from the big crowds of tourists. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and makes you feel welcome.

We booked to stay here as a special treat for my husband’s 50th birthday and it was the best decision. Our Villa was spacious with amazing caldera view. The location is unbeatable and very private. It is very close to Megalochori village where you can go for a stroll, meal, wine tasting, cooking class or a music performance. At the same time it is far away from the overcrowded Fira or Oia. Big private pool, large outdoor seating area, tasty breakfast, attentive staff, I would definitely book again. A friend of mine booked here for their wedding and has just the same to say about this stunning place.

The villa was beautiful. The location was great - out of the busy big towns, but walking distance to the restaurants and shops of Megalochori, and an easy drive to anywhere on the island. The view was out of this world. Equally as good a view as the expensive villas etc of Oia, but without thousands of people looking down on your 'privacy' as they roam the town. Thomas meets you to let you in, and is on hand for any problems throughout your stay. We had the most relaxing holiday we've had in years!

Friendly & curteous staff. My wife and I are vegetarians. Hotel only serves breakfast which was served in our room. Good variety of food was served. Chris always went out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable! Our accommodation had a jacuzzi in as well. The village centre is only about 5 minutes from the hotel with restaurants ( Italian and Greek).

The rooms were very clean and we had a pleasant stay at the Villa. The breakfast was great. The hosts Andra and Marios were very welcoming and the hospitable was commendable. The sunset view was amazing. If you are on a vacation in Santorini to capture the sunset view, then I definitely recommend this Villa instead of the overly crowded Oia.

Stayed here for a relaxing vacation, and it was the perfect place for that. The location is about 15mins drive from Fira, so best to stay here if you have a car. Plenty of parking, as well as one charging point for EVs. The heating in our hot tub was not working due to a storm the previous day, but the manager offered us an additional room next to ours so we could use the hot tub of that room. Although the hottub in the next room was smaller, but we appreciated the gesture and hospitality (+ a free lunch for the inconvenience).

“ VILLA OLIVIA ‘’ is a unique villa located in the heart of Megalochori. The villa is perfectly appointed with everything you require for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The bedroom is spacious, and the bathroom is luxurious. The private pool is a great place to relax and enjoy the stunning views of the Aegean Sea. The host was very welcoming and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We would highly recommend “ VILLA OLIVIA ‘’ to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in Santorini.

Can't thank enough all staff who work there. They are all so so friendly, helpful and polite. We loved our stay! We felt very welcome and had a very special holiday. Our room was very clean and beautiful with a spectacular view and best sunsets! The chef at the restaurant is the culinary GOD! Super tasty food! Thank you!
