This was a lovely old village house with loads of character. It had been beautifully restored, in keeping with the original era, including typical furniture and kitchenware where possible. It had excellent views and was very peaceful and calm. The kitchen was generally well equipped, but strangely, had forks and spoons, but no knives in the drawers. There was a delightful terrace from the top bedroom with table and chairs to eat outside. It was a wonderful place to stay to get away from the hustle and bustle of the town, a few kilometres down the mountainside.

It was truly a new and spotlessly clean apartment that met all our expectations. The place was spacious, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare our own meals.
