Owner met us and led us to the house. Very clean and lovely furniture. Excellent A/C. All the facilitiesyou need for self catering. Nice private terrace. Good size. Nice quiet location just short walk to beach and restaurants. Parking on road nearby.

Location is very good, just 10 min walk to the centre and for me it is better. Sometimes you hear donkey sound and some other animals at night. It is also very nice for me. Very cosy and clean room. The bed is very comfortable. Wide room and the bathroom is very good too. On television you have many channels and netflix. For this price you can't find better place, strongly recommended 10/10.

Nicholas House was easy to find, right on the edge of the old town. Everything we needed was just a few minutes away: Restaurants, cafes, bakery, market. The host was available when we arrived and showed us to our rooms. The rooms were clean. Extra blankets were available (we visited in April) Parking was available on the property, although during high season that might not be the case for all guests.
