We stayed at the Nikolaos Studio for 4 nights to celebrate my wifes birthday. The apartment is at a great location just 500m walk from the ferry port and the chora. The bus station is also at the same location as the port. We booked the apartment with sea view. We got down from our ferry from Skiathos and were within 10 minutes at the apartment by walk. The host Spiridoula was waiting for us with the keys. The room was clean and well maintained. We had a living room with kitchenette, refrigerator and a separate bedroom with a balcony from which we had great views. there was a cupboard to store clothes. For people preferring convenience the location of the apartment is simply great. Two big supermarkets are just withing 5 to 15mins walk. All cafes and restaurants in main square are within 10mins walk. A nice beach just stepping out from the apartment. There was a lovely garden in the apartment too. Air conditioning in the bedroom was flawless. The kitchen was fully equipped with a small portable electric herd and almost all essential cutlery’s. At first we were wondering whether herd would be sufficient, but we could cook nice food for all 5 days without any issues. There were wine, beer and water glasses. The room was cleaned everyday and the dustbins were also emptied everyday. When needed even towels were replaced. The bathroom was clean with hot and cold water in shower. As with most island apartment stays in Greece, you have to bring your own shampoo and showergel. Soaps were provided by the hosts. The balcony was good size for two people and the view was great. We spent hours having our own cooked breakfast, dinner and drinks there. One great thing that i will miss about this apartment are the hosts Niko and Spiridoula. They were among the best hosts i have stayed at till now. Very nice and friendly, gave us recommendations for restaurants and bars and ensured everyday our stay was comfortable. Strongly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Skopelos

The hosts were so welcoming, two of the nicest people you will ever meet, and the view was superb and the bed very comfortable and the pillows lovely and fluffy. The bathroom was spotless. There were mosquito nets on the door and window. We sat in the evening looking over Skopelos town and enjoyed the wonderful outside seating area.

The Antonios Joanna family made us feel at home right from the booking stage with great information and communication via the app messages. They are the most helpful and humble humans with a nice goody bag from their farm waiting for us when we arrived. A very positive attitude towards all guests. We got a ground floor room with a sea view, so we could see the large ferries while having our morning coffee from the balcony. Very convenient 3-4 min walk from the ferry port, 2 mins from a well stocked supermarket and restaurants. Best family vibe. I am very fortunate to meet and have friends like Antonios.

These apartments exceeded our expectations. We loved absolutely everything, the room was very uniquely designed and clean, the bed was very comfortable, bathroom spacious. We had the Double room with balcony and the best part of it was the balcony. The view is simply amazing, you can see the prettiest sunrises. And you can also see the sea from the bed. The photos here on booking don’t do it justice. You can park your car outside the hotel by the road. You can walk to the port in approximately 10 minutes. It is quite downhill, but it’s a great experience to walk around the town and see all of the beautiful houses, alleys with flowers and of course, cats 🐈 The breakfast was served from 9:00 to 10:30. There was Greek yoghurt, fruits, honey, jams, sweet bread, toast, boiled eggs, tomatoes and cucumbers, ham, cheese, coffee and juice. Last but not least, our host Dimitri was one of the kindest people we’ve met on the island. He was very sweet and attentive, and we felt very welcome. They’ve also lent us a beach umbrella. When we’re back in Skopelos, we will definitely book this apartment again. Many thanks!!🙏😊

During our summer holiday we island hopped around 7 different Greek Islands staying in different accommodation each night. This was by far our favourite. We loved everything about it. The location was a perfect balance of close access to the town and facilities and being in nature. (perhaps not the easiest place to get to if you don't have a car) The garden/grounds are vast. The villa was beautifully renovated and decorated.

Kind hosts. Seafront house. We get apartment with big terrace and full sea view. Accommodation is well equipped, there is everything you need for long stay. Spotless clean, cleaning every day. Parking provided in property yard. Location was perfect for us. Port, Super market , bakery and some nice restaurants are few minutes walk from house.

Accommodation in a lovely area, staff nice on arrival. I was a bit confused because the location on this led me to somewhere else on Google maps, I then searched the name of this which brought me to the correct place, a lot further up the hill but I am not complaining because the view from the accomodation was great but just to keep in mind if you have reduced mobility. The rooms were great and quick to walk to the port 8-10 min.

The villa was perfect for our vacation, it is located in a very quiet with an amazing view to the sea. Dimitris, the host, is very friendly, he waited for us on the ferry and gave us all the information we needed for the holiday on the island.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! They offer a wide range of accommodations, including studios and apartments with fully-equipped kitchens. In our room, we had a fridge, TV, and complimentary WiFi access, making it incredibly convenient. What truly amazed me was the affordability of their prices. It felt like a luxury experience at a fraction of the cost.
