In the house you can find everything you need for your stay and even much more than that. Viktor is a fantastic host, very helpful with some organization matters and willing to help out with some tips regarding some good spots around. We happened to see a deer pass through the garden one late afternoon whilst sipping some wine outside. It was magical :) Also, there are a few lovely restaurants nearby -only a 5 min walk away, where it’s good to eat or sample some local wines with great views and/or atmospheres. We stayed for one night and opted for the cheapest room (Rozsdás) which was a mistake as it is way to small for full-sized humanoids. The 6 course tasting menu was excellent by Hungarian standards but was much stronger on trying to assimilate international influences of a decade ago than on true substance or style.
