A beautiful hilltop villa with a lovely room, which has been very thoughtfully designed and equipped with a large comfortable bed and big windows which allow you to watch the sunset straight from your bed in the morning. The room and the entire property are very clean. The food is excellent and has a good selection of dishes thanks to the owner Ana. A big thanks to all of the staff: to Yoan for a service with a smile. To Nonce for an excellent and relaxing massage. And to Sakar for a wonderful trip around North Sulawesi. If you want an authentic and comfortable holiday at the foot of the volcano, we highly recommend it! We really enjoyed it! Thank you🥰

1st stay after landing in Manado, heartwarming welcome, very thankful for that. Recommend this place for going to Tangkoko National Park. Renny was the first woman to guide in NP, Lea, her daughter, also guides. Both know the NP and they animals very well, are good guides and I liked the tours. Its located in a corner of the village, very near to the beach were you can take a swim. The local people from the village are also kind. The staff ist very kind and helpful. Lea took time to answer all my questions, organized a Sim Card and Money changing for me. She can also give you good advice for other activities, if you didn't plan every day of your trip in advance. She is also a divemaster. At the last day they organized a dinner at the beach, with very good food. They now re-open their cafe/bar at the beach, which was closed during covid. I really recommend you Renny's Tangkoko Safety Stop. Thank you again Lea, Renny and the whole team.

Totally recommend tangkoko lodge! We slept at deluxe doubleroom and it was a big and very clean room. Ac worked very good. The stuff was so friendly and also organized a motorbike for us. I would stay there again:)!

The staff and the host were so kind and thoughtful. They were very accommodating to the diverse needs of the guests. There was a 1 year old's birthday next door, and it was the most intense 1 year old birthday I've ever seen. (The celebration was not for the baby) They had these huge speakers that you could hear from over 3 km away, and would shake the buildings. But the host gave us ear plugs ahead of time and warned us about it. And with the ear plugs I slept great. Did the morning and then the evening walks which were nice and then after I couldn't get a grab back to Bitung, they coordinated a motorbike driver for me to get back. They really know what they are doing and everything was fair and nice. I enjoyed my time in Tangkoko thank you!

A modern yet traditional and tranquil place to stay while visiting the Lembeh and Bitung area. Pak Alex and his team are ever attentive and helpful. Alex accommodated changed dates and flights etc despite Booking.coms useless customer support. The rooms have recently been refurbished, the hot water hot and everything is spotless. The view over the busy but picturesque Strait is fantastic. Having lived in Indonesia 25 years ago I can honestly say that the food is a good as any home cooked food anywhere with great variation. Sign up for the full catered option. The other house staff are equally helpful and will happily run an errand to pick up supplies as the place is a tad isolated- even they don’t ask or expect don’t forget to tip. While in the area we did some Muck snorkelling with Ibu Feronika from Rumah Selam who operate near bye-it was awesome. Feronika can also help with highland and nature park tours, plus transport to and from Manado. Can highly recommend.

Wonderful people (both in the resort and for the dive center), very good food (especially important it's mostly local food although they will accommodate special requests), beautifully kept gardens, and most importantly: fantastic location for getting to the dive sites.

    Pretty homestay (that's getting improved), super friendly staff (Alfrets, nice owner) and very close to the park entrance. Rooms are basic but have AC and okay-ish for a short stay. Trekking was beautiful.

    Very helpful staff at the hotel. Quick response to all questions ahead of our stay. Spacious rooms, delicious food with an eye for the details. The organized tour guide Salat was amazing. With his lifelong experience he guided the way through the forest and showed us all the animals we were looking for in Tangkoko.

    The position of the homestay was outstanding, at the entrance to the Nat.Park. The accommodation is simple air conditioned and clean with a terrace looking over the gardens . Our room only had a cold water shower , but welcomed after a steamy jungle walk th see the amazing Black Macques. The food in the communal open dining area was tasty and adequate . The staff were so friendly and welcoming.

    An absolutely lovely place to stay while visiting Tangkoko National Park. Ana and her team are so wonderful and always so attentive to our needs. 2 weeks before our stay, Ana reached out to tell us all about the accommodation and also informed us about the tours that were available. The rooms, sheets and towels were so clean, and foood… AMAZING. From the scrambled eggs at breakfast to the local dishes during dinner.

    Absolutely incredible homestay. Accommodation was spacious and comfortable. Fantastically located next to the entrance of the park. Food was extremely delicious, plentiful, varied and at a great price (wonderful vegan meals). The tours offered were absolutely brilliant; informative and professional. Our guide was exceptional and found an abundance of animals (would recommend both the day and night walks). Would definitely stay again and would completely recommend to others.

    very nice accomodation in the homestay Garden area - the room is quite spacious and well-furnished. there was also a moscito net and powerful ac. the bathroom was very spacious, too.
