The quiet of the place, right next to the lake. The room and house were impeccable, but the best aspect of our stay was without a doubt our hosts, a very nice family that welcomed us with exceptional attention from the start and with whom we shared a great breakfast and an interesting conversation. Our host was just exceptional. Tommy was the full time host and he was so attentive I was just amazed. Plus he's a fantastic cook! And all the help in navigating and finding fun and interesting places to visit was so helpful, better than any tour guide could have been. the rooms were spacious and comfortable with plenty of space for all of us. Very quiet country setting but lots to do near by, more than I thought.
