Loved our stay here! It's a really beautiful structure with cozy vibes, and the owner is welcoming and makes a very nice Irish breakfast 😋 the location is amazing: just underneath the village and right in front of the water, next to a very beautiful walk on the coast!

I loved the use of space. It was well thought out and everything we needed was available to us. It was very close to the centre of Rosscarberry. Weather conditions were quite bad outdoors but we were all cosy inside. I can imagine this location in the Summer months as it is only a short drive to many beaches, which we visited today in the wild windy weather

I stayed in Rosscaberry for work purposes, this was a realy nice place to stay at for my duration, Clean, warm and everything you would need for your stay with lots of space also, David was very repsonsive to messages through my duration. I would stay again if I happen to be back working in the area and would definitely recommend.

Stayed here last weekend for a family occasion. Its a beautiful and spotless house. Would highly recommend this accommodation. We had a lovely stay here. Right in the heart of a beautiful village.

Really easy check-in, Vincent welcomed us on arrival and showed us the property. Really nice accommodations, large space for 3 people - this was great after having stayed in smaller hotels. Since we only stayed overnight, we didn't get to use all the amenities, which were many. Muffins, milk and coffee were a bonus for a quick breakfast in the morning before we hit the road. Vincent also greeted us when we were ready to check out and gave us a scratch-off ticket! It was St. Patty's Day. :)

Roy is an excellent host and the accommodation is first class.Bed was very comfortable with excellent pillows.The breakfast was hearty just what was required for the unfortunate inclement weather. I look forward to many more stays with Roy and staff at the Ethan House.
