The host was very helpful. Once I had done the booking he called me and gave me all the details before my arrival. I was traveling solo and he really was accommodating. I even had a scenario where I was stuck with an auto driver and he couldn't understand English, I called the host and he helped me to speak and sort it out. He also arranged cabs which are cheaper than airport cabs. The location is walkable to all places. It's just that some auto drivers are not sure of this place just get some landmarks and it would be fine. The room is nice for one person if you have big luggage. Overall it was a good experience.

One of the best hostels I stayed, super clean, good AC in the rooms, nice curtains and new facilities they have. There is also a rooftop cafe where I had hummus plate, which was the best! Staff is also amazing, especially Manish who helped me out a lot and became a friend of mine. I can only just recommend this place:)

First time in my life in Hostel and so huge lucky to stay here. Atmosphere here as a childhood friends community. Personal is friendly and polite, protective and supportive. Hostel evening time is amazing. People from whole world communicate together and enjoying night sky. Painting of Shiva are incredible, guys thanks for your labour for us. It was perfect 🤩

The hosts Pooja and Noni are so kind and considerate. They organised a taxi to pick me up from the airport, and the a porter came to meet the taxi and help me with my bags. I had a balcony room with a view over the rooftops and mountains. Very clean room comfortable bed, lovely hot water. The walk to the main street is less than 5 minutes. There is a kitchen here if you want to cook for yourself. I ended up staying here for 3.5 weeks because I was so comfortable I didn't want to move. Amazing place, great hosts, clean rooms and linen (sometimes hard to find in India. Highly recommend. I will be back

All the staff were kind and friendly. It was a place at home, including other customers. It was a very good facility for yoga and training. There is also a drop-in class. Food was also very delicious. There were waterfalls and rivers nearby, and I was able to spend a relaxing and comfortable time. When you visit Rishikeshi, I think you should come here. I'll definitely come again.

The property was beautiful and well maintained, and very close to the ghats. We loved how proactive the staff were. Richa helped us so much as we were stuck in traffic, to coordinate our stay and ensure it was comfortable. The food cooked at the property was absolutely delicious, and the best part is they can prepare breakfast for the group at any time. This was particularly helpful as we had to leave very early the next morning. We’d like to thank Richa, Praveen, Kuldeep, Uttam and Anil for the impeccable service. They went above and beyond to ensure our tired group was comfortable, and they did it with a smile on their faces! To top it off, they gave us ganga jal in beautiful containers to take home.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The room was quiet, clean, spacious, comfortable, with a great shower with hot water, AC, the space for food it’s cosy and nice and all the staff are so sweet, helpful and very friendly. It was my first time in India, and choosing the Taj was the best decision I could’ve made. The team made me feel cared for from the first moment—I even asked when to return to see the mountains green, as in May they matched the golden Ganga! As a solo traveler, I was touched by the thoughtful precautions—calls screened by reception, safety tips about monkeys, and a direct contact from security (thank you, Himanshee!). My villa was perfectly placed between yoga and reception, with a stunning Ganges view. Pawan and his team kept it pristine, adding lovely local spa treats and always stocking my favorite tea. Morning tea on the balcony became a cherished ritual. Hi-tea with Helmata-ji was a daily delight—black tea with ginger and cardamom, always divine. I also loved discovering the espresso machine, sipping a cappuccino by Bhagwat while gazing at the Himalayas—pure magic. Staying longer, the Rock Flour team quickly tuned in to my tastes. Special thanks to Dipak Kumar Singh for crafting fresh, healthy off-menu dishes that truly pampered my palate. Everyone’s kindness and smiles made me feel right at home. I came for “me-time,” and the daily yoga, meditation, and sound healing—plus private sessions—were everything I hoped for. Shivani, your guidance turned my stay into a true retreat. You are both a gifted teacher and now, a friend. For adventure, Jitendra’s team offered great experiences. Trekking with Ajay, a passionate mountaineer, was a highlight—sharing local lore, spotting wildlife, and guiding me to a village temple, even across the river by inflatable boat! All in all the stay at Taj Rishikesh was exceptional!

Lamrin is the best boutique cottage in the entire Rishikesh.What a lovely cozy property with warm hospitality. The team welcomed us with so much warmth and the warm welcome drink on a cold evening was just the right fit to start our stay here.Neat and clean and excellent service, Food was great too. every request was taken care of. It was like having your own holiday home where things are just as you wanted.
