Everything was excellent, had a great, comfortable stay here. All staff were very courteous, friendly and went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable. Too many to mention by name but our thanks to all of them. The hotel arranged our Kanniyakumari trip, and our driver Simon was very courteous, friendly and a safe driver. I arrived at Trivandrum airport at 3 am and I could go directly to the apartment by taxi and meet someone there that opened the apartment for me around 4 am, as I had asked before travelling, which allowed me to rest that night. Nawfal, the manager of the apartments, was super kind and helpful before arriving, answering all my questions, and during my stay, helping me in where to find a place to exchange money and a phone shop to buy and Indian sim card, and even took me on his motorbike to different places when I had problems to get what I needed and wait with me until I got it. Thank you again, Nawfal! The apartment is located on a very quiet street, and I really appreciated the silent atmosphere at night.

Breakfast was tailored to my requests, and they even prepared special drinks for my child, which were much appreciated. This was an exquisite place to stay in Trivandrum and is easily the best place I have had the fortune of staying in during my recent travels in Sri Lanka and India. I feel so blessed to have been able to experience the kindness and warmth of the hosts Shyla and Anil Kumar and had have really enjoyed getting to know them and experiencing their generous hospitality. The property is incredibly well designed and immaculate in its presentation. Teak woods adorns this imposing home with very high ceilings and a real sense of architectural flair. I really found how it was laid out fascinating and would be delighted if I ever got to own something myself. The room was excellent and was generous in size, although even if it smaller it wouldn't have mattered as there is so much living space inside this stately home. The bed was perfect and I got a great night's sleep as the house is located in a quiet location away from traffic. The bathroom was was very well maintained and like my room and the rest of the house was kept in immaculate condition. There are food options about 1km away, however I was so impressed with the food that was given to me at breakfast, I was delighted to take up Shyla and Anil's offer to provide dinner for me. The food was incredible. What a fabulous experience! Shyla and Anil are excellent cooks and as other gusets have commented, a lot of the fruit and vegetables they use (papaya, chillis, coconuts) come from their garden. What they charged was not nearly as much as they should have. The food was marvellous :) Most of all what I liked was the interaction I had with Anil and Shyla. I felt very much at home but also gained a sense of what it was like to live with a Indian family in Kerala. While they were making dinner I watched some local TV programs (talk shows, soapies, gameshows and news) some of which were apparently made in Kerala and then when dinner was served joined Shyla and Anil for an enjoyable meal and great conversation!

Excellent Stay. Location of Villa is Superb. Calm and Peaceful Residential area with beautiful flowers and plants just 2 min from Busy Trivandrum City. Villa is very Spacious and around 12-14 members can stay very confortably.Stay was very much affordable too. Kitchen has all facilities for self Cooking. Hosts Akhil was very friendly and Helping, checked throughout our stay whether any help needed. The location is great. Lulu Mall is only a 12 minute drive. Even though the property is in the city, the location is very quiet. The house is immaculate and modern. Each bedroom had it's own TV. Will look to rent the place again next time in Trivandrum.
