what a great place. a nice old house in the middle of nowhere. a family friendly hostel with travelers from all over the world. there are horses and sheep on the farm and the kids had a great time playing with them. the way to the hostel is beautiful and we saw a bunch of seals. nice well equipped kitchen. nice eating area with a view of the farm. we really loved it and the kids voted it the best place we stayed at in Iceland haha

What a wonderful little farm stay. The guest house was very spacious, the jacuzzi was hot and ready when we arrived, the hosts were very friendly and allowed the kids to visit the horses in the stable. The property had toys for the kids, a highchair at the table for the baby to eat, and very comfortable home-like charm to it. One of our favorite stays during our Iceland holiday.

Cozy and clean little apartment with well equipped kitchen, private parking and terrace. Very kind hosts, big garden and quiet location at the lake. Perfect spot to see Aurora. Would definitely stay here again!!! Best accommodation we had in Iceland so far!!

They had individual LED reading lights over each pillow (at least in the main bedroom) which was very convenient since I like to read before going to sleep but my husband doesn’t). There was a shelf for toiletries in the shower which was handy (and not true of most of our accommodations in Iceland).

We loved this place, located in the wild with a breathtaking view on the lake. We enjoyed the free outdoor hot tub, the delicious food, the friendly team, the simple modern elegant rooms with a spacious bathroom... I regret we could not stay longer because this was the best place we stayed at during our Iceland holidays.

Beautiful wooden house with an amazing view. Spotless clean, with all the facilities you need, super comfortable when travelling with friends. The best accommodation we had on our roadtrip in Iceland, would stay there again.
