Hotel is to close location for all glaciers trips, offer huge room with nice size of the bathroom and fantastic huge bed. Breakfast was amazing as offer local and homemade products. It is definitely nice and quiet place to stay we were surprised with event happening when we were staying - Iceland Bridge tournament so hotel was full and energetic. Pavilion that our room was located had coffee/tea station available 24/7

The location and views from the property were amazing. The big windows in the main living area were great for watching sunrise and sunset and it was good to be further away from the main road. The kitchen seemed new and it was great to have a proper oven with four hobs rather than just two hobs that we’d had in other properties. The property was very clean. We wished we’d stayed longer than 1 night as the location was so good. The posh hotel across the road served the most amazing hot chocolate.

We enjoyed our stay here immensely. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. We had dinner and breakfast here as well, it was amazing.

The place seems a little lost and left to itself at first glance. Despite this, the state of the premises whether the room, the kitchen or the bathroom was impeccable. We cannot remove from this Guesthouse the fact that it is ideally located in relation to any light source at night because it gave us our first opportunity to see the northern lights along the road below. An authentic Icelandic experience. I saw the Aurora Borealis in front of the house. The host is a very kind lady. You must also see the attic of the house where you can drink your morning coffee. A welcoming house with a very good vibe.
