This apartment was very clean, comfortable, and secure. Access was very convenient. Although it is not right in the center of town, it isn't a long walk to the center. Parking is very convenient and secure and it is just outside the ZTL.

The place is really beautiful and close to trainstation, you can walk pretty much everywhere. The staff is very kind and generous, they left snacks and soft beverages everyday. We had an easy communication. I highly recommend.

Ariam is perfectly located! The room was not very big, but it was very confortable and clean, well decorated, with great utilities and AC. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the biscuits provided, as well as for the possibility to refill our bottles with drinkable good quality and fresh water. Federica was exceptional. She warmly welcomed us and provided a lot of good recommendations about Bologna (it made our trip much better). She was also very communicative and responsive everytime we needed.

From the very first message, we could feel Mary’s warmth and genuine care. 🥰 Even though we never met in person, her kindness shone through every word — always thoughtful, attentive, and making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The accommodation itself was absolutely wonderful: spotless, beautifully maintained, and in the perfect location to enjoy Bologna’s charming streets, cafés, and atmosphere. Our room was cozy, comfortable, and filled with lovely details that instantly made us feel at home.     We loved everything about Mars41. Maria was so welcoming and gave us such useful information for things we were interested in Bologna. Her warm hospitality was outstanding. It was our favourite place during our 6 week holiday in Italy. We stayed at a variety of accommodation but this was the best in terms of location, service, facilities and value for money. The food in Bologna is exceptional and we hope to return soon! Thank you Maria you are amazing.

    An appartment decorated with love, style and flair. Bologna is a charming city and this is by far the best place to stay there. This lovely accommodation really gave a bonus to our vacation. We really had everything we needed here, although the city wasn’t exactly near. We thoroughly enjoyed our location and the host was ready to help us in a weird situation. Federica gave us a warm welcome, although we arrived earlier than planned. We would love to thank her for how smoothly our stay went! Linde, Maïté, Carolina, Leonie, Laura and Olivier❤️
