Extremely welcoming, friendly and ready to help owners, felt like we lived in a villa. A beautiful place to stay, modern and equipped with everything you might need, from the kitchen to the bathroom with a dishwasher, from the air conditioner, wifi, television to lounger on the terrace. The kitchen is filled for breakfast - cornflakes, coffee, tea, jam, butter, yogurt, including drinks and dishes, everything is at hand. The location is great, near the highway and it's easy to get to cities like Pisa or Florence. Comfortable and private parking spot on the property, fully fenced in. If you're doing a trip or spending your holidays with your car around Tuscany - i can only suggest you this place. I put 10 points, just because there's no option to give 10+.

This is a newly renovated upper floor apartment. It was very clean, well equipped and the hosts are clearly trying very hard to make it a good experience for guests. We had some issues with the AC and they were very responsive to try and find a solution.

    Warm, friendly and helpful host. Lovely house. Spotlessly clean. Spacious bedrooms with air conditioning. We stayed for one night before flying out from Pisa airport which is a 20 minute drive. Large supermarkets within 5 minute drive. There's a little bar within 20 steps of the property, and a playground 1 minute away. Parking is free, in a private parking area for residents. Very comfortable beds. Online photos don't really show how lovely the bedrooms are.

    Breakfast was lovely, fresh from a local bakery and Veronica had prepared other little bits which was great! Veronica was very attentive, would definitely recommend a stay here!

    We absolutely loved this place. Originally, we booked one night only, but as soon as we checked in, we decided to stay for one more. Everything was perfect - the entire house, our room, the garden, the pool... We spent a wonderful evening by the pool enjoying house rosé and some tasty nibbles. Breakfast was amazing, too, with a choice of local salamis, pastry, and a few sweet options. The staff was lovely and very helpful. Highly highly recommended

    This place was a little oasis! Immaculate garden with sunloungers and a little pool. Only 15 mins away from Pisa car hire place so ideal for a one night stay at the start or end of your holiday.lovely room with sunblinds. Good air con.Comfy bed with soft pillows. Pre order breakfast night before.They recommended a restaurant in Casciana which was only 5 minutes drive away. This small town was a pleasant surprise! Main high street all pedestrianised with restaurants and families out.
