Great host. We had the best time in our lives here. Grocery in 4 min walk, ski room, comfortable parking, view 10/10, Quiet and at a distance from the road. Everything you need for cooking is there. Slopes in few minutes walk. Highly recommended ❤️

Very comfortable, fresh hotel, located 1 min walk from Motolino main gondola. Nearby is free parking, bus station and city center, but at the same time hotel located in a silent place. SPA is new, cozy, has everything you need to relax after a long ski day. Breakfast is delicious. I would come back!

The apartment is wonderful, the orientation is perfect, the sun shines all day long. From every window you can see the mountains, the stream, the herd of grazing cows. The local shops are close and the service is good. An excellent restaurant is a short walk away. The internal distribution is very convenient. The connection between the terrace and the garden is fantastic. We went cycling, we visited wonderful places. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The sauna and jacuzzi in the garden were a great experience in the evenings.

Small, but very luxurious hotel, seems new and well designed. Perfect location for skiing, right next to the lift connecting to other lifts on the Trepallo side. Ski locker assigned for each apartment. The center of Livigno is a short car trip away, but there are some good restaurants within a walking distance. Tasty breakfasts, fresh products, great coffee, breakfast area with a gorgeous view. Small, but very nice spa amenities, esp. enjoyed the sun room (a hot tub at the terrace). Access controlled via an app, very handy, although sometimes needed to reconnect for it to work. Staff extremely polite and attentive. Rooms cleaned spotless every morning. Pricey, but great place to stay and relax, especially for a romantic ski getaway.

My favourite hotel on our motorcycle tour. I cannot think of a hotel - anywhere - that we have been so warmly welcomed by the staff. Every member of the team we met was so nice and friendly - it was superb. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and the cleaning team are always to be seen taking care of the building. Its in a great position - close enough to the centre of Livigno action - but far enough away for a quiet nights sleep. I'd paid up for a superior room and we had a lovely balcony and a large, spacious and very comfortable room with a good sized and equipped bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the room quiet at night and we got a good nights sleep both nights of our stay. (although on visiting livigno you might want to do some star-gazing in the small hours as there is so little light pollution in the region it is spectacular!) We actually took a bit of chance on "half-board" which i don't normally do, but it was very good value being offered - the food was SUPERB - a great choice on the menu and we were very happy that we chose to take this. And again, we were looked after by lovely staff in the restaurant for both our evening meals and the great breakfast on offer. Finally - as a motorcycle traveller, i was able to get a space in their underground car park which was easy to access and i was happy to leave my bike there. I really cannot rate this hotel highly enough and I am looking forward to returning soon.

The host of this small hotel is an amazing person. He serves you with a smile and makes sure you have (more then) enough of everything. The rooms are pleasantly cool, with a small terras to see the beautifull surrounding. Breakfast seems small at first but the longer you are sitting at the table, the more food is brought out of the kitchen. Definitely the place to be in Livigno.

We stayed in apartment Anna. It is a very nice and cozy apartment. It was well equipped, clean, and in addition to towels, we also had a bathrobe. A bottle of wine awaited us as a welcome❤️ The owner was very nice and accommodating. The accommodation has a very nice view, as it is higher on the hill. Right next to it is accommodation Milly, which is very useful for larger groups of people who want to stay together but have privacy at the same time.

The most exceptional thing about the accomodation is the host, who is always willing to help with any problems, and goes above and beyond to make the guests' stay as pleasant as possible, including the free complimentary morning bread service (mentioned in every other review as well). The apartment was very clean and warm, the equipment was ok, and the underground garage was also great.

Top villa to stay while on a ski vacation in Livigno. Just 15 min by car and you are in Livigno. Clean apartment with all necessary available (many coffee capsules).

Great accommodation with excellent service. Stylish,modern,exceptionally clean, staff is extremely polite and helpful.Beds were comfortable.Rooms were cosy.We had a pleasure to stay there. Breakfast was good and tasty👍 Recommended if you are looking for a place to stay in Livigno.Parking is free and has enough space.My advice is the best way to get to the main lifts from accommodation by car.
