it is really overwhelming when it comes to choosing a right place to stay in the lake como area, and we definitely got so lucky to stay here! Roberto is amazing, a true gem, helped us out with so many insight recommendations and just had such a cool vibe to him. the hotel is located in a quiet town very close to everything. honestly wish we could stay longer. the room was spacious and got cleaned every day, filled up with water and some snacks. on the ground floor there's a restaurant that is connected to the hotel, serving traditional food and drinks, it came in handy.

The building is old and charming, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff is amazing, extremely polite and sweet young people, who speak great English. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, everything we tried was amazing, the service was great. We cannot recommend this place enough and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful lake-facing property. Had one of the two rooms built into a cave on the water which had a fun mini private beach/jetty area. Very lucky to be here in the first few days of the season in Spring with sunny weather. Splashed out on the tasting menu with wine pairings which was a very memorable special meal.

Very cozy apartment. Everything was so clean. Chiara is so nice, she met us at time and explained everything. Location is perfect - railway station, shops, restaurants are really close. In few minutes from apartment is you can find lake. I highly recommend it 👌

    Everything was brilliant. The room brilliant, the location brilliant, the breakfast brilliant and the host Adele was even better than brilliant. We had a week staying with Adele and her hospitality was superb, her local knowledge and willingness to help was so useful. Good local restaurants and gelateria and having the rail station a few minutes away almost made a vehicle unnecessary. Cross the road to the beach for a swim ....perfect. We will definitely be back. One of the best holidays ever...

    Magnificent accomodation located on a hill above Mandello. The charming house is a bed and breakfast with apartments in the back and osteria in the front. Everything was clean and tidy. We had an enjoyable stay, quiet and peaceful. The hosts are very kind and welcoming. The food and especially their local produce is top notch. I would definitely recommend spending some time in this beautiful area.

Complimentary biscuits, breads and jams provided which is unexpected and was also replaced for our second night when asked. First ever stay providing Disney+ and Amazon subscriptions.     We really enjoyed a lot our staying here, the room was very nice, clean , very well equipped for our 11 month old baby, good breakfast , beautiful garden ; Lucia, the host, thought of every detail for making our stay as enjoyable as it can be, she is very kind and helpful person🙏 Also the location is great, it is very close to both train and ferry stations; It was a pity that we didn’t book all the vacation in this location.     We had an amazing stay in this accomodation. Very clean rooms, amazing breakfast with a beautiful View on the lake! Martina is a very friendly and welcoming host. The parking slots are also very good. Be aware that the accomodation is on a hill, which gives you a wonderful view but the walk down to the water takes about 25 min and walking up again can be a bit challenging for elderly people. Anyways we would definitely stay here again!

    Quiet, tranquility and authenticity of the setting made for a wonderful break from the holiday crowds. The staff are amazing, they treat you like family. Ferrucio and the restaurant staff could not have been better, obviously proud of the wonderful food they present. The reception staff go out of their way to make you welcome and to ensure your stay is relaxing and trouble free.
