It's a very nice, very cosy hotel, with lovely personnel in the middle of Ravenna. You're able to park your car in the vicinity of the hotel for a very agreeable price (we paid €2,- per day), within the ZTL- zone, arranged by the owner. Our room looked like a little Palace!

Very unusual facility and the room itself! Huge room, with vintage furniture, a huge library and interesting paintings. Like you are in somebody’s private quarters in an old Italian villa. Very kind host, the lady owner, great breakfast and perfect secure parking right across the street. 2 minutes walk from central squares.

Alessandro met us on arrival, really excellent host, showed us our rooms, which were just what we wanted, two rooms at the top of their house. There is a lift if you need it, but stairs easy. Amazing comfy beds, solid floors, and beautifully quiet. Lovely roof top area for breakfast, with rooftop views. Perfectly clean, a fridge, fresh milk, cold water, maps, tea making facilities, what more do you need, oh it has lovely cool aircon. Perfect location for Imola F1, which is what we were there for, an a great alternative to beat the crowds, door to door by road 50 mins. Ravenna is so pretty and there was plenty of parking out side, so you could walk into town for pizza a nd a glass of something, 10 mins away.

    Great location, good sized apartment, has lift, safe and secure with free parking on site. Really enjoyed our stay, staff member was fantastic so helpful to us, we extended our stay. They have bikes to use which was a great way to spend the day riding along the boardwalk, wharf.

    THE ROOMS WERE VERY SPACIOUS BEDS SO COMFY, SO CLEAN. THE HOTEL WAS VERY BIG AND HAD A VERY UNIQUE LAYOUT. UT. THE LADY AT THE RECEPTION WAS SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL (I CANT REMEMBER HER NAME). DURING THE TIME OF OUR STAY ALOT OF RESUARANTS HAVE CLOSED FOR THE SEASON. SHE ACTUALLY TOOK THE TIME TO DRIVE ME TO THE NEAREST CAFE TO GET COFFEE AND CROSSIANTS AND BREAKFAST SANDWICHES FOR ME AND MY FRIENDS. SHE WAS SO SO KIND.

    The location was excellent and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcome. Accommodations were fine and the breakfast lady even offered to make fresh eggs , toast, etc in addition to what they had set out. It was all very nice.
