I liked the staff, they were very friendly and helpful, the look of the place, very beatifuly authentic with a big pool in an olive garden. On top was a very tasty breakfast and very good wines from their own batch. Highly recommend it and will certainly come back when I'll visit the area again!

We loved this Hotel. Niccolo ( I hope I spelled his name correctly) went all out to help us get around Montepulciano and its surroundings. He gave us so much information on what to do and where to eat. He was very friendly, and helpful. Overall the entire staff was awesome. Breakfast was to our taste, one of the best ones we had during our entire trip. And the attention by Niccolo and his brother Mateo was great. Truth be told, we slept great. Not sure if it was the Hot Springs we visited, but the rooms and beds were very comfortable. There were no rooms for 4 (to include my children) so we had to book 2 rooms, but prices were very reasonable and they were able to accommodate us side by side. The location is a bit out of Montepulciano, but since we rented a car, we had no issues. Grazie Niccolo!! We will definitely come back one day!

Everything was absolutely PERFECT! Anna and her mom were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The room was warm, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The bed was unbelievably comfortable — we finally slept through the night without waking up, and even our baby slept peacefully in his baby cot! It was the first night in Italy that truly felt like home for all of us. The location was also ideal, close to everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Great hosts, so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Wonderful accommodation, within easy reach of the town centre but still so peaceful with great views. Having the pool was amazing in such hot weather and plenty of outdoor seating in shaded areas. Breakfast was amazing and beautifully presented, so much choice served by the most polite sweet children (members of the family) a real special touch. Highly recommend and would definately love to come and stay again. Thank You So Much.

The location of the accommodation is perfect. At the entrance to the historic center of the village. The room is a bit small, but adequate. It is beautiful, cozy and has everything you need for your stay. Would definitely recommend to friends!

This was one of the best accommodations I have ever stayed at! Clean and extremely comfortable room, fragrant bed and bath linen, the staff are extremely attentive, the breakfast is DIVINE (cold meats and freshly cut fruits, delicious cornetto, quality coffee, everything wonderful). The hotel is outside the no-parking zone, but very close to the entrance, which makes it easier for those with a car! I just have to thank you for your attention and incredible stay! I highly recommend this accommodation in Montepulciano!

This was our favourite accommodation of our entire holiday! So cozy and clean. It is unique in that it is located in a traditional building in the old part of town (no traffic zone), however has been equipped with all of the modern luxuries while still maintaining its original character. Free public parking nearby. Being a B&B, I appreciated the privacy of having your own entrance. I only wish we could have stayed longer!!

The owners (a nice family) and employees were very sympathetic and supportive, they gave nice tips about the region and its wine. All the meals were carefully prepared with very fresh ingredients and they were wonderful! The accommodations exhaled that old centuries sensations but with modern comfort. Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, everything clean and nice! A marvelous experience and stay.
