It's the perfect place to have a rest after a noisy city. Good location with a maximum 1-hour destination time to get to Pisa or another interesting place in Toscana by car. Very helpful stuff, a good restaurant, excellent breakfast, great pool. I definitely can recommend visiting this place.

We stopped at this hotel on our way from Pisa to Rome. Although I've stayed at places that cost 10 times more than this hotel, I've never stayed in such a beautiful hotel room. All kinds of cleaning kits were available free of charge. The hotel was truly perfect with everything. I recommend it to everyone. It's a great place.

We absolutely loved this place! Well situated, with a few fancy restaurants nearby, and so so lovely, cozy and perfectly clean, providing everything you need and even some extras. No problem with parking, and a key-box, which we appriciated due to our delay because of a traffic jam. We definitely reccomend this one💜

It is literally the tallest building in town...except for the bell tower of the Cathedral. Being far above the streets and with sound-proofed windows, the apartment is also exceptionally noise-free. If you are looking to truly getting to know what's like to LIVE in Tuscany, this ethnically diverse and working town (Fabulous Piaggio Factory and Museum of Historic motor cycles and Vespas) will deliver everything you're hoping for. Add to that the kindness and willingness to facilitate your stay of the owners, THIS APARTMENT IS IT. If you're looking only to see the typical tourist sights, then join the crowds in all the other big cities. If you're looking to truly experience LIFE IN TUSCANY, once again, this is the place.     This accommodation was perfectly situated. We had a car, and parking (on the street and paid) was available. Pontedera was an easy train trip to both Pisa and Florence. The apartment was clean and very modern and had everything we needed. Also, we felt very safe and secure.

    The owner was excellent, and the communication was excellent, very quick to respond. 10 minute walk to the train station. Due to a train strike, the hosts son went out of his way to pick us up from Florence train station. Lovely cosy accommodation. Local bar across the road which we joined the locals one night who were really friendly even thou they couldn't speak English and we couldn't speak Italian, we did use Google translate, we had a very memorable stay
