We had a good communication with Alessandro prior our arrival. He also greeted us welcome on arrival and together with his assistant Raffaella we felt very comfortable and good taken care of during our stay. The apartment on the bottom floor with 2 patios is perfekt , comfy beds and fresh feeling about the whole apartment. There is 65 inch TV in every room which could be useful for families with children. Easy to find parking spots just outside for our rental car , although there is a garage under the building.

The flat is great - very clean, super well equipped (vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, beach equipment), very well-adapted and safe for a baby. Very close to the beach (and a delicious pasticceria and gelateria), at the same time a very calm area. The host was extremely helpful, approachable, gave us some useful recommendations. Very nice view. A definitely recommendable stay for a couple or a family.

Everything!!! this place is just a dream...and terrace with its glass covers, I could not imagine nothing more helpful... The price wasnt small so I had to think a bit can we afford, but actually after 1 week in this place I'm sure it was perfect decision... whole experience is just unforgettable ...and everythig inside in sea theme just perfect for sea lover like me🥰 plates and decorations let us to get a 100% holiday mood... this apartment has everything I could imagine when stay as a family with kids...big wardrobes, lots of mirrors and big fridgefreezer, ironing kit and washing machine easy to use 🥰 I feel like I already start saving to come back here one day because this view from balcony will come back to me in my dreams for long long time...

The place exceeded all our expectations! The whole place is clean and very nicely styled. The area is peaceful, rooms are silent. Maksim's breakfast is incredibly good (the owners also listened to all our wishes - ricotta and focaccia were to die for!) with a lot of variety, and staff is very friendly and kind. The location is also the best - by the beach (much closer than the advertised 500 meters!) with clear water and white sand, and many restaurants, cafes and gelaterias nearby. We only moved by feet. Grazie mille!

The hotel exceeded my expectations, having read previous negative reviews regarding breakfast, and bedroom comfort. Our rooms were garden rooms with a terrace. Large and comfortable, good air conditioning and large beautiful bathroom. Powerful shower, comfortable bed with extra pillows in the wardrobe if needed. Lovely view of the gardens. The rooms were very clean and well kept. The pool area is super, lifeguard attentive and helped all guests to ensure their beds were in a position of comfort and it was kept very tidy and clean. We found staff, extremely helpful and courteous with lots of local advice on getting around without a car. We took the train (station two minutes from hotel) to Cala Sabina beach, Golfo Aranci town and Olbia. Then travelled on the local bus to Porto Rotundo several times. The main Marinella beach is a 5 minute walk away and was beautiful, with free sun beds and umbrellas for guests. We really enjoyed breakfast, (despite previous negative reviews, therefore I was expecting very little choice) but this was not the case. Always lots of hot options, cheeses, hams, fruit cereal, pastries, breads. It was topped up regularly and it didn’t matter what time you had breakfast the choices were good. The dinner buffet was quite good value for money, but not as high quality as breakfast so we only ate once at the hotel, but instead walked to the small marina where there are several really good local food restaurants.

The accommodation fully met our expectations. everything that was agreed was fulfilled. The apartment has a beautiful and large terrace. Each room has its own toilet, which is great. The apartment is in a nice location, everything was clean. There is a shop near the complex. During our stay, mosquito spraying was done, so we had no problems with them.
